[Feature Request] migrate query for postgres

Hi, the migrate queries look great! Any chance to support postgres on top of mysql/SQL server/oracle? :)

While we don’t have plans to add Postgres support at the moment, we’ve made it so that users can easily develop procedures that extend Cypher queries. For starters, we’ve created a tutorial about developing query modules in Python. After that, it should be fairly straightforward to extend the migrate query module with Postgres support.
