Description of the new feature / enhancement

You all are heading in the right direction with being able to disable rounded corners through Fancy Zones, so I'll do you one better: being able to disable them at all times, and one even better: being able to fully customize the windows ala Linux. There are already programs which do this, but I'm sure the people want something supported by Microsoft. In reality, this is a plea to Microsoft, but knowing it would never get to them, PowerToys is really the next best thing.

Scenario when this would be used?

When WOULDN'T it be used? People having total customization for their windows would give Microsoft a leg up over Linux, because that's what people truly want with their operating systems. And as a result, this freedom would allow for maximum workflow!!!!! And this may be getting off-topic, but the layout/UI for a lot of programs in Windows 11 like the File Explorer are a little bloated, I would like to be able to switch back to the old File Explorer, something you were once able to do through the registry. For me, especially, that would massively improve workflow. But seeing as that would be less possible, just being able to edit the borders would help tremendously. It could be integrated within Fancy Zones or its own tab.

Supporting information

Just the existence of r/unixporn, Classic Shell, the myriad of programs which allow you to disable borders, which, having that option within Windows would benefit a lot of gamers who want borderless windowed mode to play games.

Imagine being able to make Windows 11 look like this! O_O
