Documentation pages sometimes failed to load on mobile device

There is a chance that some Doc pages cannot render on my iphone browsers some times (see below).

I tried to use Safari and Chrome to view the Docs. After browging and scrolling it down for like 10 minutes, the page cannot be loaded anymore. It seems like to page loading is stopped by some other synchronous functions? I takes forever to load and I cannot refresh the page on my iphone for both Safari and Chrome. If you browsing the page for a long time, you would trigger this issue.
