Environment

  • GPT4All version : 2.7.4
  • Operating System: Windows 11

Description

In the white and dark themes of the chat application, the color of the expanded sidebar matches the color of the main window. This creates a lack of visual distinction, making it difficult for users to differentiate between the two sections of the app, potentially impacting the ease of navigation and overall user experience.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the chat application.
  2. Toggle between the white and dark themes.

Expected Behavior

The expanded sidebar should have a distinct visual design that separates it from the main window, similar to the clear distinction present in the legacy dark theme.
