Is Ollama required to run Open WebUI at 0.1.115?

According to [0.1.103] - 2024-02-25, it appears that Ollama is no longer a prerequisite for running Open WebUI since version 0.1.103.

However, I encountered the following error messages when I run Open WebUI without Ollama:

Have I missed some documentation / settings? If yes, please let me know 😄 .

Ollama isn't required but it will still make requests by default, are you encountering any issues because of it?

Requesting the ollama endpoint might result in a white screen appearing ( #1297 (comment) ).

also, it gets angry when you try to use litellm.
it'd be nice to be able to add custom endpoints without ollama.
