e.g. when on

detecting a keyword or
a specific tracker

adopting a predefined template to that task, such as

setting the file path
add some trackers
setting a tag
apply an speed limit
setting peer limit/seed ratio
rename the torrent by some regex

Auto tagging based on title for example 👍🏻
