Time zone doesn't show up on private profile pages.

I have a private profile with a time zone set. Currently, when others view my profile page, they can see my location but not my current time. However, when they hover over my username in other contexts, such as comments, pull requests, or mentions, my local time is displayed. Knowing someone's local time is a highly useful feature. I see no reason for it not to be shown on private profile pages as well. I recommend not removing this feature from the hover display; instead, please consider adding it to the profile pages themselves.
