If the amount of data on a single machine is too large, such as 500G, what is the best way to take a snapshot?

Because I tried to take a snapshot in webui, and it timed out.

You can either take a snapshot, or take a snapshot of the file system if your file system supports that.

You might want to increase the timeout for the snapshot request to give it some time to complete. With 500G I expect it to take quite long.
