react-tv-cli run-webos requires a target

Current Behavior: react-tv-cli run-webos, launch the emulator.
Expected Behavior: react-tv-cli run-webos, list available devices (including emulator)

Hello @raphamorim!
All this TV apps development is new to me so maybe I'm asking something that's beyond the scope of this project.

1. I'm running the webOS installer for OSX 10.3.3 but I'm prompted for a location different than /opt/webOS_TV_SDK to continue with the installation. Will this affect my local development environment?
2. I don't have a TV that can run webOS is this a problem?
3. I guess I just need to run npm install on the root of this project to get things going? is there any additional step?
