Successfully run the groth16-verifier example in DEV_MODE.

User's Obstacle

The current DEV_MODE instructions for the groth16-verifier example link to old link: https://dev.risczero.com/api/zkvm/dev-mode, which appears to be broken. This prevents me from completing the setup process.

While I found a potentially working link at probably working link: https://dev.risczero.com/api/generating-proofs/dev-mode, it's unclear if this is the intended documentation.
