Add argument for disabling / enabling co-ordinate caching.

This depends on saxbophone/libsxbp#115

Together with that issue, this will allow me to properly test whether co-ordinate caching has a speed penalty or improvement.

Once this is worked out, the decision may then be made on whether caching should be enabled or disabled by default.
