cmake: missing install instruction

Hi there,

Typically to be able to use a C++ library with cmake externally, there needs to be an 'install' section. I am trying to use this library with cpm and the library headers are not installed to the expected location.

I see there are some directives to copy things over but I can't make this work. I will try to create a reproducible example.
