为什么提出这个新的特性改动
cloud.mongodb.com的免费集群只允许创建一个, 很多App都会于这一个集群中进行数据托管, 不排除某个App使用了相同的数据库名称

描述一下你推荐的解决方案
允许部署时指定数据库名称

据我所知是改不了这个数据库名；

twikoo云端的部署，文档还是tikwoo官方为主，https://twikoo.js.org/backend.html#vercel-%E9%83%A8%E7%BD%B2 ， 文档里没有提到可以修改数据库名字
