Sudden gray to white change in ui is harmful to the eyes under bright themes

What happened?

When the sidebar is not closed, shrink the window and a grayscale mask will appear on ui. Then maximize or close the left sidebar and the ui will turn white, which is more harmful to the eyes under bright themes.
