Reopening closed tab after restart opens too many tabs

Steps to reproduce

I don't know whether this is reproducible or not. Anyway, the followings are I did.

1. Closed a tab.
2. Upgraded Wavebox.
3. Clicked the restart button on the dialog.
4. After restart, I pressed Ctrl + Alt + T to reopen a closed tab.

Oh wow! Yeah, that shouldn't have happened. I've tried it here and it doesn't seem to do that. If it does it again though, let me know and we can generate some diagnostics and see if we can reproduce it!
