What WeKan version are you running? At newest WeKan v7.x, at Card ☰ menu, is option to move card to other board. Also at Swimlane ☰ menu is option to move Swimlane to other board. |

There is also Multi-Selection of cards, but currently that can only move to current board list with drag-drop or right sidebar button. |
