Spotify goes back to non-premium after set time requiring app restart to fix (even with background refresh off)

I'm the same guy who had this issue earlier, turning background refresh off helps but doesn't permanently fix the problem

Same issue here.
It's an amazong tweak and I really appreciate that it works with the latest/newest version of spotify, but mid scrolling I get kicked out of the app, it restarts and is non-premium again.
