Description: The removal of the price field from the General tab isn't having a positive impact. Therefore, we want to test the opposite approach and move all the pricing features to General.

We want to include this change in WC 9.0 (code freeze: May 22nd).

Acceptance criteria:

  • Move all the pricing features to the general tab, including the Tax-based features.
  • Place the pricing features below the product name.
  • Hide the pricing tab.

Event tracking:
Keep the existing Tracks events.

@j111q can you add the link to the Figma file when it's ready? Thanks.
