This change is part of our ongoing efforts to pdFofs-1Pu-p2, and it's a quick win UX improvements. cc: @pmcpinto

The checkout heading does not apply itself well into different themes. It often appears awkward and visually out of place. Users should still be able to add a heading if they feel strongly about having it.
