Description
This PR extends the Routing guide with a routing example for Svelte.
Motivation
I had to spend some time looking for a functioning router for Svelte and the svelte-spa-router seems the best their is. This change could ease the search for newcomers who decide to use Svelte as their frontend framework in the future.
I removed the rest of the PR template as it did not seem relevant for such a documentation enhancement.
