easily run the roop using cuda on windows (see installation as well)
old demo is not using GPU
just make the installation process straightforward
just trying to avoid confusion between normal roop and roop-cam
- added a powershell script (source from https://www.youtube.com/@TroubleChute , go check out his channel!!! - make the video larger for those with gpu
just updated some run scripts to run in the latest roop

this should improve the performance and quality
Optimal size for both CPU or GPU acceleration
I just realized, most users have GPU so settings this to a higher settings shouldn't be a problem
