⚡️ A bit about myself

Hi ! I'm Nicolas Calvet, I'm currently working as a Unity Game Programmer learning to become a Rendering Programmer. I live in Montpellier, France. My native language is French and I am autonomous in English !

  • 💻 I worked on the porting of Gear.Club Unlimited 2 - Ultimate Edition.
  • 💻 As my final University project I worked on Snowy Path : https://gamagora.itch.io/snowy-path (development ended) !
  • ⚙️ I work on Unity & I learned Unreal Engine 4.
  • 💾 With C/C++, C#, Java & more.
  • 🎞 I made a raytracer in C++17.
  • 🧱 I worked on multiple projects with Level Designers.
  • 🎓 I learned to work as a Gameplay, Engine, Rendering, Artificial Intelligence and Sound Video Game Programmer.
  • 🔎 Also, my skills makes me able to work on Image Processing, Real-Time 3D, Virtual Reality and Artificial Reality.
  • 🎬 It means I can work on fields outisde the game development !
  • 🔉 I tried making sound design for a small video game project with LMMS & FMod Studio (sadly the repository doesn't exist anymore :'( ).
  • 🎮 My preferred video games type ? FPS, Indie & RPGs ! I love playing those !
  • 🌀 Sci-fi, Space-Opera & Post-Apocalyptic are the type of games and books I play and read the most.
  • 🎧 And I listen to plenty of music :
