[Feature] Add Forward PE Estimates

1. Why?:

   • Add new data to the equity.estimates router, forward_pe.

2. What?:

   • Creates new route: obb.equity.estimates.forward_pe
   • Creates new standard model: forward_pe_estimates

3. Impact:

   • Additional item to maintain.
   • Can probably add other providers to this.

4. Testing Done:

   • Unit & integration tests.
   • Multiple symbols, no symbol, bad symbols.
