添加对摩尔线程系列显卡支持，同时不影响其他设备运行
目前仅支持推理

  • webui识别显卡
  • 其他推理部分

怎么合并过来这么多东西。。。不过应该没问题

只是在我的分支里还有这些过去的改动，实际上是没有变化的

在摩尔线程MTT S70下，推理速度与CPU差不多，S80下应该是优于CPU的，故有支持的意义

在RTX A4000环境下测试未发现异常
