fix: GitHub action names with typos

Description

I was in the process of modifying GitHub Actions to clean Google Cloud Registry after the deletion of an environment. This is not longer necessary because it was possible to define a cleanup policy on Google Cloud Registry for the CI project.

Even with that I fixed two small typos on the GitHub Actions.
