Update storybook to v8.x #623

What I did

Update Storybook to the latest v8.x.

Need to solve:

TokenProvider story is failing to generate args (using Controls)
SearchBar story crashes
Stories for utilities Date and Route do not render (linked to [Bug]: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fonts') storybookjs/storybook#26820)

Make sure your changes are tested (stories and/or unit, integration, or end-to-end tests).
Make sure to add/update documentation regarding your changes.
You are NOT deprecating/removing a feature.
