This version contains a minimal i18n infrastructure as per issues #1128 and #984.
The only message translated in both english and italian is the initial 'Welcome to Danswer'.
See README-i18n.md for details on how to compile and test it.
We have a more advanced (but still incomplete) italian and german translation version but decided to keep this first submission as simple as possible to facilitate your review.
