Unfortunately, it seems like one of the upgrades is breaking the pipeline...

@alexrashed The latest requests breaks everyone's pipelines, it seems:
psf/requests#6707

We'll wait here for the next release of docker. This will solve two issues:

1. We will be able to remove the pin for requests, with the newest fix coming in Fix for requests 2.32 docker/docker-py#3257
2. We will be able to remove the pin for docker itself since this bigger issue will finally give us a release containing this fix: fix: tag regex should allow ports docker/docker-py#3196

docker-py 7.1.0 has been released which should fix the issue with requests.
I removed the pins and re-generated the locks, let's see if it works now :)

Pipeline is 💚, so the fixes seem to integrate well. :)
