Code for modelling how patterns of RSV resurgence following COVID-19-related Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs) depend on the parameters of RSV epidemiology. The code accompanies the article Determinants of RSV epidemiology following suppression through pandemic contact restrictions.
Figures in the main text and SI can be reproduced by the script reproduce_results_revisions.R.
