Resolves #7056
Alter the replica identity of the product_category_product table to use a specific index (IDX_upcp_product_id_product_category_id). This change addresses an issue where deleting or updating entries in the product_category_product table was failing due to the absence of a replica identity, which is necessary for the correct functioning of logical replication or streaming of delete operations to subscriber databases.
