tw2.editarea is a widget library for the ToscaWidgets 2 framework, which provides a JavaScript-based source code editor using the EditArea JavaScript application.
This library is merely a convenience for using EditArea through tw2, all major credit goes to the developers of EditArea. See also their SourceForge page at http://sourceforge.net/projects/editarea/
This package comes bundled with EditArea 0.8.2, which is released under the LGPL, Apache and BSD license. This package itself is licensed under the WTFPL, Version 2 (for the moment).
