Workload selectors are immutable, prevent releases from upgrading.

@tahajahangir could you split this into smaller PRs with descriptions (Perhaps one for filer, one for master, etc) so that each set of changes is one chart version bump? This way, if anything breaks, the changes are easy to roll back or patch. |
